Once you have scheduled an appointment, that time and date have been reserved for you! 

To cancel or reschedule, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $75 Missed appointments are billed at the regular rate.

If you are planning to use a coupon if your appointment is Missed without 24 hour notice your coupon will not be vaild if you choose to book with us again - it will be used as PAYMENT for your  MISSED appointment
